• A 25% deposit is required to secure each VIP table.
• Final VIP table payments must be completed by 1st January 2026.
• A private payment link will be sent to VIP guests 3 weeks before the event.
• All deposits are non-refundable, but VIP bookings may be transferred with prior approval.
